1. What data we process

Sale requests: When you fill in our form, we process the data you provide (vehicle details, photos, name, phone number, email address, location and remarks). We use this data exclusively to prepare a quote and to process a possible vehicle purchase.

Server statistics: To improve our service, we collect anonymised access statistics (page viewed, language, device type, referrer domain). No cookies are set and no IP addresses are stored; identifying individual persons is not possible.

2. Data sharing

Your data is never sold to third parties or shared for advertising purposes. Data is only passed on where necessary for contract processing or where we are legally obliged to do so.

3. Retention and deletion

We keep enquiry data for as long as is necessary to process your request and to meet statutory retention obligations. On request we will delete your enquiry including photos – simply contact us by email.

4. Your rights

5. Data security

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Uploaded photos and form data are stored in a protected area on a secured server.
